The rooms are all single, even the larger ones with one double bed or two singles (which, by prior arrangement, can accommodate two people)
According to civil law, art. 5, commas 2 e 3 on law from December 9th 1998, # 431, implemented with Local Law Pact dated December 9th 1999 the Contract lasts for 10 (ten) months, and can be renewed for the following year. This formula allows a tax reduction for italian students who come from farther than 100km.
